'Hi all, I'm Andrew and I work for Steinberg here in the UK. I've been keeping an eye on the course and have to say that I'm super impressed. Cheers Paul and PB team! The attention to detail and diverse topics make this one of the best hands on web courses I've come across. The videos are superb and so easy to follow. I've picked up a few tips:)

Good luck and thanks for letting me sit it!

I really enjoy doing this course, i learn a lot from it, before i just use to look at video tutorials and youtube and it was good information but i wasn't making the progress as fast as i wanted to until i came across one of Danny's tutorials on youtube which was really informative so i decided to take the course and in just eight weeks i now now how to get around my choosen DAW (cubase) faster, and more confident, this wouldn't be my last course, infact i already booked my place on the level 2 cubase course so i can't wait until that one starts. :)

I Found the Cubase course level 1 extremely helpful. I have been writing / producing on Proppellerhead's Reason / Record for several years, but recently started using Cubase 5 because i wanted to third party VST instruments. I had been using Cubase 5 for about 8 months before starting the online course, and i am so glad i took the course. There was so much little tricks and great explanations that can speed up workflow and creativity so much. The knowledge about how to use the software was top notch and even beyond the software side there were great notes on Drum programming, Music Theory and Basslines. The video feedback from the Tutor (Paul Crossman) and the course notes from Danny were superb. Myself being an experienced producer has still learnt so much that i will apply every time i am in my studio.... I look very forward to getting onto the Level 2!

Point Blank was recommended to me by a friend who had known someone that went to London to learn there. I'm doing more online courses because this is the right style of learning. They educate the whole person in their style of teaching. Recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, everything was explained clearly and completely and in a lively, amusing manner in the course notes. The video demonstrations also really helped with understanding as you can see and hear examples and apply them to your own work. If I had any trouble, my tutor was very friendly and helpful and would respond to questions in the forum quickly and with great advice. The weekly chat was an excellent way to discuss any issues or thoughts in more depth and communicate with the other students as well as my tutor. Overall, it was very enjoyable. I learned so much as I knew nothing about Cubase before I started and would definately consider taking another course here.
